Fillings and flavours


I am very flexible about fillings and flavours - just ask and I'll see what I can do. Examples of popular combinations are:

  • Victoria sandwich filled with buttercream and raspberry jam
  • Chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream or chocolate ganache
  • Lemon sponge filled with lemon buttercream and lemon curd


As all cakes are bespoke, accurate prices can only be given on an individual basis. Prices vary greatly depending on the flavours, size and shape of the cake and the intricacy of the decoration. However, I have tried to give an indication of starting prices below. These are for a round sponge cake with a simple design and a small piped message:

6 inch from £30
7 inch from £35
8 inch from £40
9 inch from £50
10 inch from £60
11 inch from £70
12 inch from £80

Giant cupcakes start from £40
Numeral shaped cakes start from £45
Novelty 3D shaped cakes start from £50
Other shapes and size can be quoted for on request.

Cupcakes start from £20 for a box of 12 and £10 for a box of 6, with discounts available for larger orders. More complex designs are more expensive. For example a box of 12 with a more intricate design will cost between £25 and £30 depending on the design.

General information about my cakes

  • Cakes should be stored in a cool dark place on a flat sturdy surface
  • They should not be put in the fridge. I usually suggest keeping them in the cake box until you are ready to display/eat them. Left over cake can be put in the fridge or stored in an airtight container
  • I do not currently make dairy free cakes
  • Fruitcake does contain nuts and alcohol but can be made without on request
  • Gluten free cakes are available on request
